PML is not responsible for and does not control the Internet Payment Gateway services or the actual payment function, and shall have no liability related thereto. PML does not have access to nor store your payment information, as this information is provided by you directly to the Internet Payment Gateway provider, such as PayPal or another vendor of our choosing.
All content included on our Websites, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PML or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on our Websites is the exclusive property of PML and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on our Websites is the property of PML or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
"POOR MAN'S LOBBYIST," "POORMANSLOBBYIST.ORG," "AUTISMCRISIS.ORG," and the associated graphics and logos, page headers, and other marks indicated on our Websites are trademarks of Poor Man's Lobbyist, A Nonprofit Organization, in the United States and other countries. These trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not PML's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits PML. All other trademarks not owned by PML that appear on our Websites are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by PML.
PML grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of our Websites. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of our Websites or their contents; any derivative use of our Websites or their contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another business; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. Our Websites or any portion of our Websites may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of PML. Using the User Forums requires accepting additional terms, which will be presented upon account creation. The User Forums rules are in addition to, not instead of, these Terms of Use. All messages in the User Forums or in any Comments feature express the views of the author only and do not necessarily reflect the views of PML. PML will not be held responsible for the content of any message. PML reserves the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread and/or comment for any reason, at its discretion.
If you create a username and password on our Websites, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. By visiting our Websites, you agree that the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and PML or its affiliates.
Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in King County, Washington, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate PML's intellectual property rights, PML may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Washington, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
